clean bedroomannoying lobbyearly pool closing
the room was clean and the equipment complete, nice.
The lobby wasn't at ground level. It felt annoying. the pool only open til 6 pm. I thought that was early. there was minimum spend needed for poolside tables. I didn't like that since i was a guest.

mixed feelings about the stay

cumbersome process
the reception staff did not meet the standards i expected. the check-in process was cumbersome and the staff seemed unprofessional. the communication was subpar.
